Pero para el desayuno, Piscina u otro servicio, tenias que dar la vuelta por el mall y entrar al Hyatt, este si tenia todos los servicios perfectos que Reservamos.....Buen desayuno, buena piscina, lindo lobby,.....nos fuimos quedando con esta incomodidad de sentir que NO era lo que reservamos, que en la pagina de Hoteles.com NO dice que si reservas un departamento NO estarás en el hotel si no en un edificio continuo, usando los servicios del Hyatt Regency. Llegando a la Ultima Noche de nuestra reserva con esta molestia de las vueltas por el mall, nos preguntan.... como estaba la estadía, expresamos todo lo anterior ....esto fue informado al manager quien nos sito a una reunión, ESCUCHO, pidió gentil disculpas y nos regalo la cena...."

"Wir waren im Oktober für einen 2tägigen Stopover in Dubai im Hyatt Regency Creek. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind groß mit Blick auf den Creek. Die Bettem sehr bequem, das Bad schön und groß. Softdrinks im Zimmer sind kostenlos, das Frühstück sehr üppig und klasse. Aber darauf achten nicht nach 9.30 zu kommen, da ist der Frühstückssaal sehr busy. Das Regency ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten von einer Metro-Station entfernt gelegen und auch zur BigBus-Station Wafi sind es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Ideal auch die Lage direkt am Creek mit Taxi sind es knapp 15 Minuten zum Flughafen. Ein absolutes Muss ist der Besuch der Lounge im 34. Stock. Wir kommen gerne wieder"

Das Personal am Desk war auch sehr hilfsbereit, Danke noch mal an Hr. Aayush der uns bei einem kleinem Problem mit unserem Reiseveranstalter half. Um Dubai zu erkunden ist es ein toller Ausgagngspunkt. Sollte man keine Lust haben zur Metro zu laufen ,Taxi fahren ist in Dubai auch recht preiswert"

"Meine Frau war dienstlich zwei Tage in Dubai und ich habe sie begleitet. Das Hotel ist nicht ganz schlecht, aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Die Bar im ersten Stock bietet einen schönen Blick auf die vertäuten Daus, ist aber eher ungemütlich sachlich eingerichtet. Es störten anfangs einige Scheichs, die sichtlich angetrunken waren und ständig laut kicherten. Der Service in der Bar war sehr gut und freundlich. Am nächsten Morgen (Ostersamstag) war gegen 9:50 Uhr der Frühstücksraum völlig überfüllt und wir mussten in der Hotellobby sitzen, was wiederum sehr ungemütlich war. Dort war das Personal auch sichtlich gestresst und hektisch, insbesondere die junge Asiatin an der Tür, die versuchte den Überblick zu behalten und die Gäste abwies. Man wartete relativ lange vor den Essensausgaben. Das Angebot dort habe ich auch schon besser erlebt (z.B. keine frische Säfte, kein geräucherter Fisch, keine Ananas). Das Zimmer war groß, mit schönem Ausblick aus dem 11.Stock auf drei Baustellen gegenüber. Leicht hellhörig (man hörte das Nachbarzimmer etwas) und das Badezimmer hätte eine Auffrischung bedurft (vergilbte Flecken auf der Klobrille, die sich auch mit Alkoholtüchern nicht beseitigen ließen - das muss nicht sein). Die angrenzende Mall bietet eine Eisbahn, aber der Großteil der Shops stehen leer, immerhin ein kleiner Supermarkt ist da. Mini-Pool auf einer Zwischenetage draußen. Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen hat aber die beste Zeit sichtlich schon hinter sich und macht einen lieblos geführten Eindruck. Das Personal ist auch eher durchschnittlich freundlich - für mich insgesamt Mittelmaß (keine 5 Sterne) daher auch keine bessere Bewertung"

"Wir waren im Oktober für einen 2tägigen Stopover in Dubai im Hyatt Regency Creek. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind groß mit Blick auf den Creek. Die Bettem sehr bequem, das Bad schön und groß. Softdrinks im Zimmer sind kostenlos, das Frühstück sehr üppig und klasse. Aber darauf achten nicht nach 9.30 zu kommen, da ist der Frühstückssaal sehr busy. Das Regency ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten von einer Metro-Station entfernt gelegen und auch zur BigBus-Station Wafi sind es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Ideal auch die Lage direkt am Creek mit Taxi sind es knapp 15 Minuten zum Flughafen. Ein absolutes Muss ist der Besuch der Lounge im 34. Stock. Wir kommen gerne wieder"

Das Personal am Desk war auch sehr hilfsbereit, Danke noch mal an Hr. Aayush der uns bei einem kleinem Problem mit unserem Reiseveranstalter half. Es störten anfangs einige Scheichs, die sichtlich angetrunken waren und ständig laut kicherten. Der Service in der Bar war sehr gut und freundlich. Am nächsten Morgen (Ostersamstag) war gegen 9:50 Uhr der Frühstücksraum völlig überfüllt und wir mussten in der Hotellobby sitzen, was wiederum sehr ungemütlich war. Dort war das Personal auch sichtlich gestresst und hektisch, insbesondere die junge Asiatin an der Tür, die versuchte den Überblick zu behalten und die Gäste abwies. Man wartete relativ lange vor den Essensausgaben. Das Angebot dort habe ich auch schon besser erlebt (z.B. keine frische Säfte, kein geräucherter Fisch, keine Ananas). Das Zimmer war groß, mit schönem Ausblick aus dem 11.Stock auf drei Baustellen gegenüber. Leicht hellhörig (man hörte das Nachbarzimmer etwas) und das Badezimmer hätte eine Auffrischung bedurft (vergilbte Flecken auf der Klobrille, die sich auch mit Alkoholtüchern nicht beseitigen ließen - das muss nicht sein). Die angrenzende Mall bietet eine Eisbahn, aber der Großteil der Shops stehen leer, immerhin ein kleiner Supermarkt ist da. Mini-Pool auf einer Zwischenetage draußen. Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen hat aber die beste Zeit sichtlich schon hinter sich und macht einen lieblos geführten Eindruck. Das Personal ist auch eher durchschnittlich freundlich - für mich insgesamt Mittelmaß (keine 5 Sterne) daher auch keine bessere Bewertung"

"Nous avons profité d'un dîner dans ce restaurant en octobre dernier. Toutefois, nous n'avions pas fait attention en amont qu'il s'agissait d'un buffet. Ce dernier est relativement copieux, vous pouvez retrouver un large choix de denrées. Néanmoins, le tarif est extrêmement élevé par rapport aux saveurs proposées dans nos assiettes. Le personnel est à l'écoute mais nous avons du quand même demander deux fois une bouteille de rosé. Quant à ce restaurant, celui-ci tourne en annonçant une vue sur la Burj Khalifa qui est minimaliste. C’était ma première fois à dubai, hôtel de luxe à bon prix. Employés très souriants sympathiques et vraiment serviables. Chambre très propre. Le lounge pour le petit dej est parfait aussi. On voit que les employés prennent leur travail à cœur et la satisfaction des clients et leur priorité ....j’ai bien apprécié en particulier certains en employés avec qui j’ai eu des beaux échanges : ahmed à l’entrée principale ( portier ), à chaque soirs je faisais un delivery de bouffe et prenez le temps de m’apporter la commande à la porte de ma chambre , j’ai vraiment apprécié. Lotfi à la réception qui a su comment me guider et répondre à mes questions lors de mon séjour. Et mohamed au restaurant the kitchen qui m’a servi avec classe et m a fait sentir au paradis! Bravo à toute l’équipe

Tres bon hotel comme d habitude. Un peu excentre mais un excellent rapport qualite prix. Pour les courts sejours business c est l hotel qu il faut surtout si vos rdv sont du cote de deira et du centre ville Apres 20 jours dans cet hôtel, je le recommande vivement et sans hésiter. En plus du confort (chambres, nourriture, salle de gym, etc.), le service est exceptionnel et au top. Le personnel très accueillant et très disponible.

"Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Hyatt Regency Dubai, et avons passé un très bon séjour ! Très bon accueil à la réception, chambre de bonne taille et propre, piscine agréable. Nous avons dîner le soir au restaurant " The Kitchen": très qualitatif. De bonnes proportions (peut-être même un peu trop pour un soir ) mais pas décevant. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner : tout simplement merveilleux avec des produits de qualité (les gaufres extraordinaires) et personnel attentionné. Nous avons également essayé le buffet au restaurant tournant le midi, vraiment à faire car de très bons mets. Bel établissement ! Merci beaucoup "
