Fab as usual! Went with my 12 year old son, he loved the place, top security and really helpful staff. Clean, and a fab location. My second stay now and will continue to use this place when I visit London.
Anybody can enter the building. You get a keycard to enter the room. At one point my keycard stopped working so I had to go back to the front desk. The rooms aren't cleaned. I noticed trash in the windowsill that was at least a week old. It cost me 8 pounds to buy shower shoes and 4 pounds to rent a towel. A bit pricey in my opinion. In the evenings there is a guy giving tattoos. The location is not central enough. 25 min metro ride to get to central london.
Cleanliness was disgusting! Had toilet water literally running into our room over my entire stay, most like sewerage as is stunk horribly. Was only address by putting a caution wet sign. Toilets in other areas barely flushed, in need of some maintenance. Roommates had chargers and cords stolen as well. No baggage room, such that you have to pay for lockers (fine whatever) but most of the big bag lockers were broken, such that very limited availability Reception staff helpful and friendly though.
Awesome place to stay with mates if you’re going to London for a concert or a night out. Defo going back
You get what you pay for
Internet is what people value most. The connection is terrible for a laptop especially. It tooks hours connecting and loading a page that then requires and email link. If your not connected how can you get email?..plus the connection kept requiring going through this process many times. So dont go if you depend on good internet connection in a room.
Huge chain hostel. I was only here for a few hours, seemed to be a friendly place though. Would be great for any first timers in London
Superb Location; more facilities and courtesies which are free or a nominal fee are needed (like breakfasts and towel lending).
